Dr. Twana Mitchell Alford is a powerhouse of purpose, legacy, and faith. A licensed real estate broker, ordained pastor, and visionary founder of Queen of Queens Global, Dr. Alford is committed to empowering women of faith to rise in business, reign in purpose, and leave a lasting legacy.
Raised in South Bend, Indiana, Twana was surrounded by strong women who shaped her spirit of resilience. After the tragic loss of her father at age eight, she was mentored by her entrepreneurial mother and dynamic aunts who modeled strength, self-worth, and service. That upbringing planted seeds of vision and influence she would one day carry into every room she enters.
After starting a family, Twana relocated to Minneapolis, Minnesota, where a providential encounter with a family member reignited her dream to work in real estate—a dream she’d first discovered in her teenage years. That moment sparked a journey of rediscovery. She enrolled in real estate school, earned her license, then broker’s license, and became one of the most trusted real estate professionals in the Twin Cities metro area.
As her influence grew, so did her calling. She answered God’s voice and became an ordained pastor, mentoring women across industries and generations. She endured a difficult divorce, overcame seasons of transition, and used every challenge as fuel to build something transformational. Longing for deeper connection and community, Twana began hosting tea parties that brought women together—and from those gatherings, Queen of Queens Global was born.
Today, Q2 Global is a thriving, Christ-centered ecosystem of events, programs, and sisterhood experiences that activate women to discover their dreams, launch and scale businesses, and establish a legacy for generations to come.
In 2021, Dr. Alford reunited with and married her high school sweetheart, Pastor Danny Alford, who now works alongside her in ministry and leadership. Together, they live, worship, and work in Maple Grove, MN.
Dr. Alford was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in recognition of her impactful legacy in real estate, ministry, and women’s leadership. Her life proves that it’s never too late to reign—and your crown is always within reach.
